Organization Description : The RIS Foundation is a dedicated nonprofit organization that empowers individuals grappling with housing instability and health issues. We provide peer support, Community Health Worker (CHW) services, housing navigation, case management, recuperative care, and numerous other community supports to low-income individuals.
