Organization Description : Ceres Community Project provides medically tailored meals and nutrition care services for low-income community members with illness; and engages youth 14 - 19 years of age in learning about growing, cooking and eating healthy food and leadership development. We serve four counties in Northern California and are engaged in policy work to integrate medically tailored meals into health-care as fully reimbursable benefits and to support organic and regenerative food systems.
