Organization Description : Center NOVA (Center for National Opportunity, Voice, and Advancement) is a California nonprofit dedicated to expanding postsecondary opportunity and upward mobility for students—especially those historically underserved—by strengthening the systems that support them. We partner with schools, districts, and community organizations to conduct equity-centered audits of college and career readiness supports, translate findings into practical improvement plans, and build educator capacity through training, tools, and learning exchanges. Our work centers student voice, culturally-rooted practice, and data-informed decision making to help communities align programs, partnerships, and resources so more young people can access, persist in, and succeed beyond high school.
