Scotty Moore is the Executive Director of Pacific Horizons, a nonprofit organization in Long Beach, California, dedicated to providing NARR-certified recovery homes and holistic support services for underserved populations. With a deep commitment to fostering recovery, stability, and reintegration, Scotty leads Pacific Horizons in addressing critical societal challenges, including homelessness, justice involvement, and aging-related issues.

Before transitioning into the nonprofit sector, Scotty had a distinguished career as an entrepreneur and magazine publisher. As the founder of two successful ventures—FestPop and FestWorld—he played a pivotal role in connecting audiences with the vibrant world of music festivals and the arts. His work in publishing allowed him to collaborate with extraordinary artists and visionaries, igniting his passion for creating meaningful platforms for connection and expression.

Scotty’s leadership is also shaped by his service in the U.S. Army, where he developed a strong sense of discipline, resilience, and commitment to community. His military experience instilled the values of integrity and service, which continue to guide his work at Pacific Horizons.
