The Office of Samoan Affairs of California, Inc. was founded in 1976 in San Francisco to address the myriad social issues experienced by members of the Samoan community in the greater San Francisco area. To encourage and support the self-sufficiency of Samoans and other at-risk individuals through community and social based services and educational programs.
