NCO is a Community Action Agency for Mendocino and Lake Counties with programs and projects providing services to clients in seven California counties. NCO is a local, private non-profit that was established in 1968 to strengthen communities in the areas of Education, Engagement, Sustainability and Self-sufficiency.
