Nonprofit Law and Leadership Inc. is a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, a California Law Corporation, and is recognized by the IRS as a section 501(c)(3) public charity. Our charitable mission is to empower nonprofit leaders with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead successful organizations. We provide our legal and leadership coaching services on either a pro bono or low bono basis. We provide a no-cost and no-obligation video consultation to find out about our prospective clients' vision and to establish a 'game plan' for achieving their goals.
