Established 46 years ago, Fulfillment Fund was first launched as a mentoring organization for underserved youth, soon incorporating college scholarships, and since the early 1990s we began to specifically focus on high school graduation, college counseling and access. In the 2000s Fulfillment Fund was one of the first such organizations to also add services to support college completion. Today, our mission is 'to make college a reality for students growing up in educationally and economically under-resourced communities.'
