The primary purpose of the Friends shall be to maintain an association of persons interested in enriching and publicizing the resources of the library, to support and promote library activities aimed at developing the RBPL as a consistently growing resource for education and culture in the interest of the community. The secondary purpose is to enrich the Library's resources with funds derived from sales of donated materials from the Friends's bookstore, as well as memberships, endowments, bequests, and special fundraising projects.
