Fieldstone Network exists to ensure that the people who power San Diego’s nonprofit sector are strong, supported, and ready to lead. We offer a uniquely holistic, relationship-centered model of leadership development rooted in the belief that leadership is both a personal practice and a collective endeavor, strengthened through community, sustained by care, and amplified through connection. Programs include: Learning Groups, Executive Forums, Coaching, Reading Groups, Retreats, Experiential Learning Experiences and Sabbaticals.
