The Enlisted Leadership Foundation is a San Diego based non-profit group (501(c)3 dedicated to leadership development of Navy Chief Petty Officers and enlisted Second and First Class Petty Officers. ÌÄåÀÌâåÊThis organization was formed by a team of active duty and retired Master Chief Petty Officers to develop current and future military, community, and national leaders.
