We provide case management, volunteer services to assist with grocery shopping, transportation, bill paying, and companionship; we provide access to affordable housing through housing navigation, and we facilitate a shared housing program to connect those looking for housing with those who have a spare room; we also provide service coordination and activity planning in senior housing.
