Community Service Solutions (CSS) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit consortium based in California. CSS was established in April of 2002, for the original purpose of assisting counties with the implementation of the In-Home Supportive Services Program (AB 1682). CSS's mission has since expanded greatly, to include assisting community members in need by providing them or connecting them with necessary government resources, as well as providing various forms of expertise and assistance to county and State governments.
