The Center for Family Health Initiative (CFHI) is a respected public charity committed to Africans/African Americans, minorities, and vulnerable populations' well-being. CFHI provides comprehensive culturally sensitive and minority-tailored information, advocacy, awareness, and community-based services to address felt family health needs, social drivers of health, and equity. We work to support the mental, physical, and nutritional health of Africans/African Americans, minorities, and vulnerable populations in Southern California.
