We focus on addressing and reducing health disparities through our continuum of care and empowerment for low to moderate income, immigrant (documented/undocumented), urban & rural, and farm/frontline production worker communities by linking them to much-needed resources and wrap-around services, which include, but are not limited to: food, healthcare, financial literacy, workforce development, and civic engagement.
